The Ghost Train in Stanley Park is a Vancouver Halloween tradition and spooky fun for the whole family. The train ride is about 15 minutes long. Live Description will be available for people with vision loss on train rides between 5:30 pm and 8 pm on the following dates:
Friday, October 14 *cancelled due to weather conditions

Sunday, October 16
Regular prices range from $7 for children to $11 for adults. VocalEye users will receive a $3 discount per ticket with the promo code below.

Free parking is available on site or take the #19 bus to the Stanley Park bus loop. Entrance to the Ghost Train is right beside the bus loop and parking lot.
Pick up your VocalEye headset at the picnic table located near the accessible/wheelchair entrance to the train. VocalEye users will receive priority boarding for the accessible car.

This is the second year VocalEye will partner with producers Mortal Coil to provide live description for guests with vision loss. This year’s theme is DAY OF THE DEAD, a time to remember our loved ones and to celebrate the festival of life. You’ll be serenaded by a mariachi band of cockroaches, ride the train through the tunnel of flames with the Aztec Lord and Lady of Death, and picnic in a gorgeous graveyard where friendly souls return to dance with a twelve foot skeleton.
If the Ghost Train sounds too intense for your littlest goblins, there are other fun Halloween activities and displays they can enjoy like the Haunted Maze, Creatures of the Night and the Spooky Barn (admission is $2 for the Spooky Barn). Face painting is available for $3 and up. Treat yourself to some hot buttered organic popcorn, caramel apples, hot chocolate, salty pretzels or other tasty snack at the friendly concession stands.
