When the sound of a moving body: spinning, inverting and more, is combined with a descriptive narrative, can it enhance the experience of circus arts? Erin Ball and Maxime Beauregard will join us to share “the early days” of experimentation and play.

Guest Bios
Erin Ball (ze/zir) and Maxime Beauregard (they/them) are white, trans nonbinary, neuro non-conforming/neurodivergent, and Disabled circus/performance artists. Erin and Maxime work internationally in interdependence as performers, coaches, choreographers, producers, accessibility consultants, and workshop facilitators. They are passionate advocates for Disability-led art, accessibility, and striving to create welcoming spaces. They are the creators of a course on Accessibility & Disability in Movement Practices. Erin and Maxime are catalysts for change, striving for accessibility and collective liberation within the arts. They strive to empower Disabled artists, challenge industry norms, and continue to pave the way for a more welcoming landscape while captivating audiences with their innovative performances.
